eLearning

We have experience in developing engaging and innovative eLearning products for the health sector having developed eLearning solutions for Orygen Youth Health Research Centre, the Australian Psychological Society, AGPN and Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute.

We have had experience developing SCORM-compliant eLearning courses that adhere to strict accessibility standards (e.g. Level AA WCAG 2.0).

When designing eLearning content, multi-modal information delivery methods (graphic, audio and video) are adopted to maximise the audience’s learning experience.

Key parameters that inform the design of the educational content include:

  • Learning time – efficient design and packaging of information to maximise the effectiveness of the learning time.
  • Instructional consistency – programs are designed to educate with content and presentation consistency. This will ensure that each person will receive the same consistent, technically correct information.
  • Implicit learning and motivation – the learner is actively involved in the learning process, reinforcing the educational components and helping the learner to retain the educational message.
  • Individual learning styles – learners who have different abilities and knowledge are catered for.
